Sync dropped connections for 22 minutes
- A bad deploy restarted the service without draining. Clients reconnected on their own; no items were lost.
- Deploys now drain connections first, which is what the restart hook was supposed to do all along.
Titles stopped resolving for about two hours
- The fetcher ran out of file descriptors after a slow upstream kept sockets open.
- Saving kept working throughout — items appeared with their URL as the title and were backfilled afterwards.
